Teaching Philosophy
Everything begins with the breath. Singing is a coordination of breath, resonance, registration, and musical intention working together as one instrument. My teaching focuses on helping students develop healthy, efficient vocal technique while building a deeper understanding of how their individual voice functions. Whether working with beginner singers or advanced performers, lessons are tailored to the unique needs, goals, and natural strengths of each student.
What Lessons Include
Lessons may include technical vocal development, breath coordination and appoggio, vocal anatomy and function, lyrical interpretation, audition preparation, and performance coaching. Instruction is available across multiple styles including classical, opera, musical theatre, pop, rock, and contemporary commercial music. Additional areas of study may include Italian, German, and French diction, as well as music theory, harmony, and ear training.Booking & Availability
Both long-term study and short-term coaching options are available for singers at a variety of experience levels. New students are accepted on a continual basis.
